Your license

• One license covers 1 Mac at a time. You can move it to a new Mac by deactivating it on the old one first.
• Your purchase includes all 1.x updates included.
• A license is for your own use. Please don't share your key publicly or resell it.

What we can and can't promise

Shotback can recover many deleted and lost files, but no recovery tool can guarantee results — some files may have been overwritten or damaged before you scanned. That's why scanning and preview are free: you see what's recoverable before you pay. Shotback is provided "as is," without a warranty that any specific file can be recovered.

Payments and refunds

Purchases are handled by Dodo Payments, our payment provider and merchant of record. See our refund policy.

Governing law
