For your security, we send the key only to the original purchase email and always show the same message, whether or not an account exists.

Moving to a new Mac

Your license covers 1 Mac at a time. In Shotback on your old Mac, deactivate the license, then activate it on the new one. Lost access to the old Mac? Email support@shotback.app and we'll reset it for you.
