Refund policy

Simple version: if Shotback didn't help, you get your money back.

You can scan your card and preview everything Shotback finds before you pay, so you'll usually know whether it can help before spending a cent.

If you do buy a license and it doesn't work out, email support@shotback.app within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

Refunds are processed through Dodo Payments, our payment provider and merchant of record, back to your original payment method. It can take a few business days to appear.
